  2. 二、使用者責任
    1. 使用者需確保提供的資料正確、合法，僅限於個人健康管理。
    2. 不得將本平台濫用於非法、未經授權之研究或商業行為。
    3. 使用者應妥善保護登入資訊，不得將帳號提供給他人使用。
  3. 三、隱私與資料使用
    1. 您的資料僅用於 MBG 產生個人化健康分析與建議，不會用於訓練 AI 模型。
    2. 您的身分資訊與健康分析資料分開儲存。用於分析的健康資料在處理時不會附帶您的個人識別資訊。
    3. 我們不會販售或提供您的個人資料給第三方。
    4. 您可隨時查看、匯出或刪除您的資料。刪除帳號後，所有個人及健康資料將被永久移除。
    5. 所有資料皆經過加密並設有存取控制，僅允許您本人存取。

    2. 本平台不提供診斷、治療或取代醫師專業判斷。

  5. 五、服務修改與終止

    2. 如有爭議，雙方同意以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

    1. Users must ensure that the information they provide is accurate, lawful, and used only for personal health management.
    2. Users may not misuse the platform for illegal, unauthorized research, or commercial purposes.
    3. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and may not share their account with others.

    1. Your data is used solely for MBG to generate personalized health analysis and insights. We do not use your data to train AI models.
    2. Your identity information is stored separately from your health analysis data. Health data used for analysis is processed without your personal identifiers attached.
    3. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
    4. You may view, export, or delete your data at any time. When you delete your account, all personal and health data is permanently removed.
    5. All data is encrypted and access-controlled. Only you can access your own data.

    2. In case of disputes, both parties agree that the Taipei District Court shall have jurisdiction in the first instance.
